BILL OF QUANTITIES

Provide an Elemental Cost Report/Trade based cost breakdown on the final design drawings.

Review & Compare B.O.Q to the scope of works and assist in ironing out inconsistencies.

Preparation & assessment of Pre-Tender Estimate (P.T.E) when contractors submit and negotiate.

Preparation of Commercial Risk Profiles in line with Corporate reporting requirements.

Review of tenders received, reconciliation to budget, and recommendation of contractor

Attendance at tender interviews.
ASSESSMENT OF CLAIMS & VARIATIONS

Procurement advice, preparation, evaluation and recommendation to reduce variations during the life-cycle of the construction process.
