IDENTIFY, ASSIGN & PROGRAM

Attend any required inspections of the desired residential or commercial project.

Manually record each defect using the chosen software.

Formulate and amalgamate the report findings with detailed comments and issue them to the client.

Develop a program outlining the sequence in which works must be completed.

Provide the subcontractors with feasible deadlines to complete the assigned work.

Follow up on a weekly basis and provide the client with a statistic of the completed works.
HAND OVER

Attend final inspections of the desired residential or commercial project, with the intended client.

Provide the client with a summary of the costs saved by utilizing Cost Save Consultancy through info-graphic means.

A letter stating that the works have been completed to standard before wrapping up.
